Winnipeg Jets forward Mark Scheifele has been the recent subject of praise by the media.

Mark Scheifele has always been known to be an elite talent in the NHL. Recently, the media has been calling Scheifele a "reliable point producer" heading into the 2024-25 NHL season.
Dating back to the start of the 2017-18 season, as he has 207 goals and 283 assists for 490 points in 491 games. His one season averaging under a point-per-game was in 2022-23 when he finished with 68 points in 81 games.

He has played 60 or more games in all but one of the last seven seasons and has reached the 70-point mark four times during that span with one season missing the mark by just two points. It shows how truly consistant he can be and if he can stay healthy enough for all 82 games then the Jets will have another 80-point producer on the roster.

Even at the age of 31, Mark Scheifele has proved to be one of the more stable presences in the league. Although he's been consistent, Scheifele is looking to take his game to the next level this year with his eyes set on cracking the team Canada Olympic roster.
