Adam Lowry has urged fans to get their tickets and to show their support. Although the Jets made no big splashes during the NHL offseason, the core of the team remains the same.
Kevin Cheveldayoff has called out the Winnipeg Jets prospects by letting them know "the ball is in your court" and there should be no shortage of entertainment throughout the course of the regular season.
The Jets open their season on the road at Rogers Place on Wednesday, Oct. 9 when they face the Western Conference champion Edmonton Oilers, before returning to Winnipeg for their home opener at Canada Life Centre against the Chicago Blackhawks on Friday, Oct. 11.
