Sean Higgins could be facing extended time behind bars

The world continues to mourn the loss of Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau, but in the case of Sean Higgins, new details have emerged.

Johnny and his brother Matthew were struck by a vehicle near their home in Salem County, New Jersey, on Thursday night. Unfortunately, both Johnny and Matthew passed away as a result of the accident.
After the incident, Sean Higgins first court appearance was on August 30th where he showed little remorse for the events that just unfolded. After learning he would have to stay behind bars for a few days, he let out a dejected "sigh". But now, new details have emerged on X that could alter the course of his next hearing on September 13
As you can see from the image above, Higgins has been charged with two counts of vehicular homicide which according to the user comes with at least 5-10 years of prison time per charge. With it being two unfortunate deaths, it could be that Higgins may end up spending nearly two decades locked up for his callous actions.

With these new details that have emerged on X, the fate of Sean Higgins could be drastically altered. Fans will have to await the court proceedings on September 13th for further updates.
