The Winnipeg Jets will be an interesting team to watch as we pivot into a new month of the NHL offseason.

As we await the highly anticipated debut of fall training camp, what should the Jets management staff be doing in order to gear up for the start of the 2024-25 NHL season?
As training camp approaches, the Jets staff should closely evaluating the readiness of their top prospects for the NHL. Players like Lambert and Chibrikov are likely candidates for NHL roster spots if they can demonstrate their worth during preseason. The organization may also need to navigate potential trades involving McGroarty if his stance on signing doesn't change.
The prospect landscape for the Winnipeg Jets is shifting favorably, presenting opportunities for several young players to break into the NHL. Success will largely depend on the health and development of key prospects while managing relationships with those who may not fit into the team's immediate future. The combination of new coaching strategies and emerging talent could define the franchise's trajectory over the next few seasons.

Kevin Cheveldayoff mentioned during a press conference that he will be looking for his young prospects to step up in a massive way next season.
