Brenden Dillon has a message for Jets fans

Its a sad day for Jets nation as we say goodbye to defenceman Brenden Dillon.
Dillon, 33, has signed a three-year contract worth $12,000,000 with an AAV of $4,000,000 per season after hitting free agency as a UFA.
Brenden Dillon was a fan favourite amongst Jets fans, but more importantly, Dillon absolutely loved his time here in Winnipeg. The great people of this Canadian city had a profound impact on the defenceman and he had some heartfelt parting words:

The lefthanded shot owns 196 career points (37g-159a) and a career plus/minus rating of plus-66 in 892 regular-season contests. His 858 PIMs rank second among all NHL defensemen since the 2011-12 season.
