As the NHL offseason goes full steam ahead, we take a look at some notable Winnipeg Jets prospects looking to have an impact next season.

Kevin Cheveldayoff was ecstatic when the Jets acquired him as part of a package relating to the Pierre-Luc Dubois trade. Although fans were initially high on him, his time in Winnipeg has been far from successful thus far.
Kupari is a first-round pick (20th overall, 2018) but has not established himself as a dominant player to this point of his 158-game NHL career. While he has had some flashes of brilliance, he has struggled with his two-way play, confidence, and consistency.

Kevin Cheveldayoff has taken a more relaxed approach to his offseason so far, but it does present an opportunity for certain players to step up to the plate. Kupari is definitely one of those players who is expected to perform and make a comeback next season.
Kupari's 2023-24 season was pretty much a write off as he suited up for 28 games but didn't have much impact when he was on the ice, mustering only a single assist. His campaign was also derailed by an upper-body injury he suffered in mid-November on an attempted body check that kept him out for two months. Despite being healthy down the stretch, he was mainly a scratch.

Is this the season Kupari steps up and proves his worth? Only time will tell.
