All eyes are currently on Winnipeg Jets newly appointed head coach Scott Arniel.
Scott Arniel was hired by the Jets to be the successor of former head coach Rick Bowness are has been working tirelessly in preparation of the 2024-25 season.
Despite losing key members of their squad to free agency, Scott Arniel still feels highly bullish regarding the success of the team moving forward.
«You know what, we still have a good hockey team. We have lots of good players here that we feel very comfortable with some young players that will get an opportunity now. This opens doors for other guys to get opportunities to show what they can do.»
Head coach Arniel's message to the fanbase is intriguing. He still feels that the Jets have a good team, and he touches on the fact that this year presents a great opportunity for the young prospects within their AHL system.
«What I always say is that the players decide what the lineup is going to look like. Who comes out, how they play and how they take advantage of the opportunities that are in front of them.» Arniel comments
Theres no fear in Arniel's eyes regarding the challenge ahead. If he's confident the Jets squad will be able to perform, so should the fanbase.
