Hockey Guru comments on Colby Barlow's game

Colby Barlow will be looking to make noise during the world junior's showcase.
Winnipeg Jets prospect Colby Barlow was named to the starting roster that played team Finland on August 1st.
Team Canada edged out Finland 8-6 in a thrilling victory and Colby Barlow played right wing on the first line.

Chris Peters, a highly respected NHL analyst made comments on Barlows perforance:
I wouldn't say that Barlow stood out per se, but he made his presence felt enough times that I wanted to write him up. He's a physical player who lets his opponents know he's there. I think the World Junior pace is a bit ahead of him yet, which is going to be part of what he has to work on to make Canada's roster. That said, he has enough touch on the puck and plays with enough edge that he could play in a lot of different spots in Canada's lineup.
Although Barlow had a good physical game, he remained off the score sheet and failed to produce any offence. Barlow will be looking to clean up certain aspects of his game in hopes of making the team Canada roster.
