Could the Winnipeg Jets make a serious Trade Pitch to acquire Nazem Kadri?

Nazem Kadri may look like the right fit for the Winnipeg Jets writes a Jets' columnist, but given many issues at play to acquire an aging center iceman is it the right move for to organization.
The Winnipeg Jets seem to be looking to make moves that would improve the team and bring balance through the roster. Bringing in a seasoned center iceman with term and proven playoff experience could be a move the Jets should be considering. Ken Wiebe of The Free Press suggests Nazem Kadri as a potential target, especially closer to the trade deadline.

Ken Wiebe writes:
One name that could make a lot of sense - but probably more likely closer to the deadline or as a pre-emptive strike like Monahan was - would be Nazem Kadri.

Kadri, is currently beginning the third season of a seven-year, $49 million contract with the Calgary Flames, with the remaining term left of his deal would offer the Jets a longer-term solution opposed to an expiring deal. The 33-year-old center has been on Winnipeg's radar before; the Jets previously showed interest in a potential trade for Kadri while he was a member of the Toronto Maple Leafs, before his eventual trade to the Colorado Avalanche.
Kadri played a pivotal role in Colorado success toward their 2022 Stanley Cup victory. With Kadri's ability to play with such skill, tenacity, and championship experience could all be exactly what the Jets to finally take the next steps to playoff success.
Acquiring Kadri No simple task!
Nazem Kadri, last season delivered 29 goals and 75 points for the Flames in a up and down year for the Flames. Yet he still showed he's proven scorer, proven winner whom has eclipsed the 30-goal mark twice and 20 goal mark four additional times to date.
However, acquiring Kadri comes with many risks. The Center iceman is turning 34 this coming October, and with his contract which carries a $7 million AAV, that includes a full no-movement clause for the next two seasons. Turning into a modified no-trade clause for the remaining term. Kadri does have some leverage to control his future with his current no-movement clause . Kadri would need to accept any potential trade to Winnipeg. Is a trade for Kadri the right move?
