Breaking news out of Winnipeg as Jets GM Kevin Cheveldayoff has extended qualifying offers to a number of Jets players.
The Jets are facing some turmoil as they needed to make some qualifying offers to players before potentially losing them to free agency. Obviously, the Winnipeg Jets would like to keep these players if possible, but navigating through their tight salary cap has proven difficult.

The Winnipeg Jets have announced that they have qualified a total of 5 players: D Ville Heinola D Simon Lundmark D Logan Stanley F David Gustafsson F Cole Perfetti, but Oskari Salminen and Artemi Kniazev were not qualified and will become UFA's.
