There's a lot of buzz surrounding some of the Winnipeg Jets prospects this offseason.

One noteworthy player worth mentioning is Winnipeg Jets own Colby Barlow who has been selected to the Team Canada summer showcase. This is a distinguished honour which could potentially lead to him cracking the World Juniors roster.
This coming weekend, Plymouth, Michigan, will host the World Junior Summer Showcase, featuring thrilling matchups between the junior national teams of Canada, USA, Finland, and Sweden.

Winnipeg Jets fans can look out for 2023 first round pick, Colby Barlow as he will be representing Team Canada.
His OHL numbers have always been fabulous with 116 goals and 68 assists for 184 points in 168 games across four seasons. He is slated to play with the Manitoba Moose of the AHL next season and will look to translate his numbers to minor-pro.

The exciting showcase should give hockey enthusiasts around the globe a glimpse into what the World Juniors rosters will look like.
If Barlow manages to crack the team, it will give the young prospect some much needed ice time at an elite level, further bolstering his development with the Jets.
