The recent I.T crisis around the world has caused the drama to trickle down into the NHL.

The NHL has recently announced that due to the global crisis, the Stanley Cup will be staying in St.Louis for an indefinite period of time.
This has negatively impacted Florida Panthers forward Kyle Okposo, as his day with the Stanley Cup has now been canceled.
Okposo, who played for the New York Islanders and Buffalo Sabres before being traded to the Florida Panthers, played a significant role in helping the Panthers win their first Stanley Cup in the 2023/24 season.

The planned public appearance at Pagel Arena had to be cancelled, leaving Okposo, who was eagerly looking forward to celebrating this milestone, deeply disappointed. Despite the setback, Okposo's name is forever engraved on the Stanley Cup, solidifying his place in NHL history.

Panthers enthusiasts are hoping that the NHL will reschedule his day with the cup. Stanley Cup Champions deserve that opportunity to celebrate with families and friends. The NHL should make every attempt to rectify the situation for Okposo.
