Mark Hunter, the interim GM for the Edmonton Oilers has made some big splashes over the course of the NHL off season.

Despite his position not being official, Hunter has managed to pull in some elite talent in regards to signing Victor Arvidson and Jeff Skinner, in additon to re-signing Adam Henrique.
According to an X post (formally known as twitter) The Edmonton Oilers are poised to make an announcement this week regarding hiring Mark Hunter as the official organization of the franchise.
With his extensive experience in the OHL and his previous NHL role with the Toronto Maple Leafs, Hunter brings a wealth of knowledge and a track record of success.

His immediate challenges will include navigating contract negotiations with key players like Leon Draisaitl and Connor McDavid, whose futures are crucial to the Oilers' success. Hunter's decisions in the coming months could shape the team's trajectory for years.
