Winnipeg Jets will find massive success due to favourable schedule

As the NHL season comes knocking on our doorsteps, the Winnipeg Jets are poised to have a dominant season.
Yes, we said dominant. Although the Winnipeg Jets made no big offseason moves, that shouldn't deter the team from matching their success from last year. Many analysts have said the team has slightly regressed during the offseason, but the Jets have one huge component working in their favour, a favourable schedule.
As per Jake Tye from The Hockey News, The schedule for the 2024-25 NHL season was released with many experts and analysts picking apart certain games and trends that could create storylines. The Hockey News's Carter Brooks broke down the Jets schedule for the upcoming season and presented an excellent case for another stellar season from Winnipeg goaltender Connor Hellebuyck.
"Winnipeg has the fewest back-to-back contests of all clubs this coming season (eight)," Brooks said in the recent article "This statistic bodes extremely well for reigning Vezina Trophy winner Connor Hellebuyck, who thrives off a high workload."
Although the Jets regular season schedule isn't considered "easy" by any means, there no question it is indeed favourable. Due to the layout of their 2024-2025 campaign, the media is saying that Connor Hellebuyck may very well notch his third Vezina Trophy.
