Chinese born Jets prospect has a message for hockey fans

One of the more heartfelt stories for the Winnipeg Jets that emerged from the 2024 NHL was Chinese born prospect Kevin He.
"I hope to be a role model for the kids trying to pick-up hockey." He commented
During media availability for the Jets, Kevin He has some motivating words for the future generation of the NHL. This draft pick from the Winnipeg Jets marked a huge milestone in the league promoting diversity and inclusivity.
The Winnipeg Jets Hockey Club announced today the selection of forward Kevin He 109th overall in the fourth round of the 2024 NHL Draft. He, 18, racked up 53 points (31G, 22A) in 64 games with the OHL's Niagara IceDogs last season.
Kevin He will be looking to make noise this week ahead of the highly anticipated Jets summer development camp. The Winnipeg Jets are wishing him the best of luck in all his endeavours.
