The NHL hockey season finally concludes as the Florida Panthers defeat the Edmonton Oilers 2-1 to win the Stanley cup.
The game featured the Florida Panthers and the Edmonton Oilers battling in out in a thrilling game 7 matchup that went down to the wire. The victory cements the first ever Stanley cup for former Winnipeg Jets head coach as well as the first championship in Florida Panthers history.
