Shayna Goldman from the Athletic suggests Cole Perfetti could be trade bait for the Jets as they enter this volatile period.
"Goldman suggests that a team willing to give up the picks could offer Perfetti up to $5 million, which would result in a first- and third-round draft pick being transferred to the Jets. An offer sheet is certainly possible, though they are very rare. A team willing to give the pair of picks at that price could be food for thought for Kevin Cheveldayoff."
